We hope our site will help you find ways to connect with us and plug yourself in to our church family.
Advent is on its way and with it the Amazing Story of hope, peace, joy, and love. Celebrate Advent with us each Sunday beginning November 30th and hear the story unfold. Following dinner on Wednesday, December 3rd, we will have a hands-on generational program that tells the story of the Advent Wreath and gives families a chance to make wreaths for their home. On December 10th, we will tell the story of many of our favorite Chrismon Ornaments and give folks a chance to make their own. The choir will sing about the first telling of the story in their Cantata, The First Noel, on December 12 at 7 p.m. and December 14th at 10:30 a.m. Many people dealing with despair and grief this holiday season may not be able to see how this story of joy could possibly be theirs. The service of hope and healing on December 18th at 7 p.m. seeks to help those who struggle in darkness to find light. The pieces of the story come together in one magical night. Don't miss the candlelight and communion service on Christmas Eve at 4:00 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.

Woodland is starting a "chapter" of Mission Possible Kids! Our agents (K4 - 3rd graders) will meet each Wednesday night at 6:45 pm. This is more than a class, it is an awesome way to get kids into the mission field. Agents "go on missions" (cooking for homeless shelters, supporting U.S. troops overseas, making gifts for kids in need, etc.) earning Mission Stars for their official MPKids t-shirts- every six missions gains a promotion in Special Agent status! Make plans to join us this Fall!
